We'll either request printer status communication via WMI or stop SNMP. Try the steps to resolve Ricoh Printer Offline issues:
• Open the Print & Share setting by clicking on it.
• Go to the "Profiles" & modify the upper right corner box.
• Select general configuration from the "Profiles" menu.
• Then, in general setup, pick general setting.
• Choose "WMI" as a method of communication.
• Save your settings by clicking OK.
• Make an attempt to print a document.
